Do bananas prevent cramp?

I’d recommend eating 30-60g of carbs every hour on a ride of more than two hours.
Is water with an electrolyte tab more hydrating than just water?
Yes! You absorb more of the water by adding an electrolyte tablet because it alters the drink’s osmolarity and enhances absorption.
