How often should I get a bike fit?
When you first start cycling you may need a bike fit more frequently than an experienced rider does. It may also depend on what type of cycling you do, and if you’re changing disciplines – a club cyclist who wants to race may need a more aero position.
Should I point my toes down like pros do?
If you like – it’s up to you, this one. If it allows you to generate more power then go for it.
What’s the most efficient cadence? Biomechanically speaking it’s about 50-60rpm. I wouldn’t actually suggest you do it though!
