Every cyclist should have a good puffertype jacket for chucking in a rucksack or bikepacking bag, and the Finisterre Nimbus is a prime example. It’s extremely warm for its very light weight and yet it packs away into its own chest pocket. But what really sets it apart in the puffer-verse are its eco-credentials.

The Nimbus is made from 100% recycled rip-stop polyester and 100% recycled synthetic down filling. The packaging is recycled and recyclable too, down to the ‘plastic’ wrapper, which shrinks when you pour boiling water on it (part of the recycling process, not just me messing about with hot liquids).
