WHAT would you buy from John Lewis if you won a voucher worth £1,000?

That was the enviable dilemma facing Cynon Valley woman Natasha Reynolds.

She was given the generous amount by Cardiff’s Moginie James, which launched a competition after being ranked in the top 1% of all estate agents in the UK.

Natasha, originally from Cardiff but who now lives in Mountain Ash, was the lucky winner, and she said it could not have come at a better time.

Natasha, 25, said: “When I found out I’d won I couldn’t believe my luck! The first person I told was my mum and I said I’d share the winnings with her, so we’ll definitely be doing some retail therapy!

“I often shop at John Lewis for makeup and bags as well as gifts throughout the year, so this will be a lovely treat.”

Natasha said one of her larger purchases would be buying a new washing machine from the store in St David’s Shopping Centre, Cardiff.

As well as the appliance, selfless Natalie will also buy her husband some new trainers, new toys for her son, and she will take her mum on a shopping spree.

The award came after the estate agent was ranked the seventh best in the UK for customer service by rateragent.co.uk, and it also finished number one in both Cardiff and Wales.

Moginie James’ managing director, Nick James, said: “Putting a smile on people’s faces is something we’ve become pretty good at at Moginie James, and this is reflected with our raterAgent customer service rankings.

“We offer a huge congratulations to Natasha and I’ve no doubt she’ll enjoy spending the vouchers.”
