It was their third league win on the bounce since los­ing 3-1 at Ynyshir at the end of last month and an eighth in 12 matches so far this term.

They now lead the way by two points on 26 points although Ynyshir do have two games in hand.

Mean­while Bre­con Cor­ries, in third, have 18 points hav­ing played three less matches than Caer­philly.

The Cor­ries were in­spired by a first-half hat-trick from Paul Ked­dle as they thumped bot­tom side Ton & Gelli BC 5-0, while Pen­coed Ath­letic were con­vinc­ing 4-0 home win­ners against Sully Sports.

In Di­vi­sion One, lead­ers Porth­cawl Town Ath­letic made it nine wins from nine when they de­feated Aber Val­ley 3-0 at Locks Lane.

Hay­den Lau bagged him­self a brace while hit­man Jorge Crofts was also on tar­get.

Ynyshir Al­bions are into round four of the FAW Tro­phy af­ter beat­ing Swansea Se­nior League out­fit Pen­lan 2-0.
