Odds unfairly stacked in favour of illegal migrants

-

I HAVE no objection to a Human Rights Act. However, I do object to the current state of affairs that allows foreign criminals to avoid deportation on the grounds of a right to family life when they have destroyed the family life and security of their victims.

Illegal immigrants and those who come here to milk the NHS should not be given the same rights as law- abiding citizens.

While some immigrants who are willing to work are welcome, why should the taxpayer fork out the millions in legal aid to defend those illegals who should not be here in the first place?

A strong immigration service with powers to send illegals straight back to France, currently nonexistent, is the only way to protect us from the fanatics who would kill and maim in this country, as is the right to deport.
