Lampard and Gerrard are a credit to English football

THANK you Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard. You have given your all to the Premier League and English football in general (“Franks for the memory”, May 25).

Unlike a lot of your peers, you have shown what it is to be a proud England footballer that respects his team, country and fans.
