CINDY CRAWFORD SUPERMODEL’S AGONY OVER ‘ STOLEN’ PHOTOS

CINDY CRAWFORD has finally spoken about the viral, supposedly untouched photograph of her that was circulated recently.

Condemning it by saying, “It was actually anything but. It was stolen and malicious. I felt blindsided,” the 49- year- old tells Elle Canada about the shot taken from a 2013 Marie Claire Mexico cover story.

It was circulated via social media apparently from a Marie Claire spread, which was supposed to feature unedited photos and earned a number of positive responses from people saying how refreshing it was to see an unretouched picture.

However the mother of two felt unable to speak on the matter until now. “There was so much positive reaction. Why would seeing a bad picture of me make others feel good? I couldn’t come out against it because I’m rejecting all those people who feel good about it but I didn’t want to embrace it because it wasn’t ‘ real’. I felt manipulated so I kept my mouth shut.”

She goes on: “I know my body and I know it’s not perfect but maybe I think I look better than I do.

“Most women are hard on themselves. So I assumed I fell into that category even though that picture didn’t reflect what I saw when I looked in the mirror”
