MARKUS SINGS OUT FOR A GOOD CAUSE
WESTLIFE star Markus Feehily, left, will play his first gig as a solo artist at next week’s Sound For Sight Concert in London. Sound For Sight is the brainchild of Laura Westcott, who came up with the concept after her friend developed the sight- loss condition retinitis pigmentosa. Taking place in conjunction with the RNIB and World Sight Day audience members will also be provided with sight- loss simulator glasses to enhance their experience.
Along with Markus, 35, who left Westlife in 2012, there will be performances from comedian Mark Watson and Britain’s Got Talent winner Paul Potts among others. The event is on Thursday October 8 at The Tabernacle in Notting Hill. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.15 start. Tickets are available at seetickets.com
