PARSONS’ DEADLY MUSICAL DEBUT

-

HAVING recently stated that keeping his brain and memory active on Just A Minute are what keep the sands of time at bay, Nicholas Parsons is now set for his first foray into the world of classical music.

The 92- year- old will narrate the London premiere of Nathaniel Stookey’s The Composer Is Dead, a family concert at London’s Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall next month.

“I might not be known for my classical music prowess but at 92 I am delighted to be making my classical music debut at the Royal Festival Hall,” says the nonagenarian national treasure. The Composer Is Dead is billed as a murder mystery which introduces all the family to the orchestra.
