Arguments defeated much easier than armaments

There would have been “consequences” if our parents and grandparents had given in to threats and intimidation in 1939.

I don’t believe that the attitude and determination of the current generation is so different today.

The dangers we face may be different but the outcome could be similar in that we end up being controlled by unelected foreigners.
