PSG want £ 40m Costa
PARIS SAINT- GERMAIN plan to make a £ 40 million summer raid on Chelsea for striker Diego Costa.
The forward is almost certain to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of this campaign if the club fail to qualify for the Champions League and ideally he wants to go back to his old club, Atletico Madrid.
But PSG, who face Chelsea in the second leg of their Champions League last- 16 clash tomorrow at Stamford Bridge, have the cash reserves to outbid Atletico and offer the player a bumper wage package to make sure they have cover up front if Zlatan Ibrahimovic or Edinson Cavani leave.
Chelsea could confi rm Antonio Conte as their new manager as early as next week, with meetings scheduled in Monaco between the current Italy coach and owner Roman Abramovich.
