Friendly Flack feels the heat

Day & Night caught up with the tV stars backstage at the Baftas on Sunday night and found some of the guests stressing about their outfits. Caroline Flack was struggling with the balmy heat in her 70s-inspired jumpsuit.

“it’s black which is stupid!” said the 36-year-old. “i feel a bit like that scene in Friends when Ross wears leather trousers and has to roll them down to air his legs. also, it’s a bit long and as i walked up the red carpet everyone stepped on it.”

Ant McPartlin, 40, was also pretty daring by attending the swanky bash with an increasingly trendy bearded look and presenting partner Dec, also 40, joked to us, “yeah it’s a bit prickly when i kiss him.”

Meanwhile opera singer Katherine Jenkins, 35, explained how she has shifted her baby weight just seven months after giving birth to daughter Aaliyah.

“i just walked a lot and calmed down the exercise but did everything in moderation. i guess it is also happiness!”

While good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway told us she was in the party mood after turning 49 last week: “i’m having a big party for my 50th, i’ve already started planning and looking at venues. i’ve got a year to prepare for it mentally and physically.”
