Gibraltar won’t be worse off if we vote to leave

I SEE Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has been to Gibraltar with the usual scaremongering, telling them if they vote to leave the EU, the UK may not be able to help them resist the aggression of Spain towards them.

This aggression happens all the time now, even though we are in the EU because the Foreign Office does nothing about it.

Anyway, why does Gibraltar have the right to vote?
