Stop sending cash to fill up corrupt bank accounts

NOW that Mr Cameron has said we are dealing with corrupt regimes why are we still sending foreign aid to those countries (“PM in ‘corrupt nations’ gaffe”, May 11)?

Seemingly we are sending it only for it to be siphoned off into private bank accounts.
