Party time for Watson
APPARENTLY oblivious to the gathering chaos in his party, Labour’s deputy leader Tom Watson parties away at the Glastonbury Festival over the weekend.
Mr Watson posted pictures on social media of a “silent disco” and a picture of him standing in a field drinking a can of cider, right, as he lived it up at the event.
However, as word of the party’s turmoil in the aftermath of the Brexit vote reached him, he was forced to make an exit of his own.
He was spotted yesterday at Castle Cary station in Somerset waiting for a train to London to, as he put it, “find out what’s going on”.
