BRITON Marcus Willis was celebrating his biggest win last night – weeks after his girlfriend talked him out of quitting tennis.
Marcus, ranked 772nd in the world, pulled off a shock Wimbledon win with a straight sets win over Lithuania’s Ricardas Berankis, ranked 54th. Marcus, 25, who has won £213 this year, will pick up at least £50,000 and is to face Roger Federer.
