Charge foreign visitors to use our wonderful NHS

NOW we’ve voted to leave the EU perhaps we could start charging for visits to hospitals. If foreigners knew they would have to pay (as we do abroad) I am sure queues would be cut.

Our borders need tightening so deploy the loyal Gurkhas who are happy to serve our great nation.
