Stamps mark 100 years of toys

ROYAL Mail’s latest stamp series commemorates famous British children’s toys from the past 100 years.

Action Man, the Sindy doll, Fuzzy-Felt, Meccano and Hornby Dublo trains are among the stamps available from today. Royal Mail spokesman Philip Parker said: “British toymakers enjoyed a reputation for quality and innovation.”
