Video games retailer Game Digital edged up ¼p to 24¼p as it flagged plans to pilot concessions in specialist technology retailer Maplin, while esports firm Gfinity scored a 1½p gain to 22½p on the back of a partnership with Formula 1, which will see gamers vying to be the best virtual F1 driver. Computer games developer Frontier Developments jumped 113p to 844p as it announced its new game, Jurassic World Evolution, based on the blockbuster movie franchise, would launch next summer.
Education software and services provider Tribal Group was marked up 1¾p to 72¼p after winning two contracts worth a total £25.3million, while a bullish trading update lifted banknotes authentication technology supplier Spectra Systems 17½p to 92½p.
