‘Sister’ who tailored perfect match
THE mystery matchmaker who got Harry and Meghan on a blind date was last night said to be British fashion queen Misha Nonoo.
The designer, 31, was married to Old Etonian Alexander Gilkes, a school friend of Harry and William.
The couple, who reportedly split up last year, attended William and Kate’s 2011 wedding.
New York-based Misha has her own clothing line, a favourite with actresses Emma Watson and Cate Blanchett. Meghan wore a white blouse from her friend’s Easy 8 Collection in her first public appearance with Harry during the Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada, in September.
Misha was introduced to Meghan, 36, through a mutual friend in Miami and the pair are so close they reportedly describe themselves as “sisters”.
Misha has said of Meghan: “I love her to death. She is the coolest girl in the world.”
