Army know the drill when it comes to helping A&Es
WITH the current state of A&E departments surely it is time to bring in the Army as a short-term measure.
They have brilliant field hospital facilities including superb staff who are well trained to deal with real accidents and emergencies.
Not only would these staff sort out people who should be nowhere near A&E but they would very quickly be able to help those people with genuine needs.
Emergency departments are in need of emergency help and the Army could, in very short order and for a temporary period, provide it.
