Secret behind Meghan’s smile
LIVING La Dolce Vita, this is Meghan Markle holidaying in Italy just a month after her first date with Prince Harry.
Her best friend has now published these candid pictures of the two of them on the girls-only trip.
Meghan, 36, flew to the Amalfi coast in 2016 with Jessica Mulroney, now said to be her unofficial wedding planner.
The pictures show them on the beach, exploring picturesque towns and sipping cocktails at sunset.
The two have been pals since meeting soon after Meghan moved to Toronto from the US in 2011 to star in TV legal drama Suits.
At the time Jessica, 37, was married to TV presenter Ben Mulroney, son of former Canadian prime minister Brian Mulroney.

She introduced Meghan to her friends including Canada’s First Lady Sophie Gregoire Trudeau and they mingled at some of the city’s most exclusive restaurants and haunts like the private members’ club Soho House, run by Markus Anderson who is a friend of Harry’s.
“Jessica helped Meghan with her wardrobe and introduced her to the right people,” one of their circle said. “Meghan adores Jessica, not just as a friend but also as someone whose taste and style are impeccable. Meghan looks up to Jessica and has, to a certain degree, modelled herself on her.”
The pair bonded over a passion for yoga, Pilates, dogs and philanthropy. They are so close that Jessica has been dubbed “Meghan’s girl Friday”.
Meanwhile Meghan describes herself as “Aunty Meg” to Jessica’s seven-year-old twins Brian and John and her daughter Ivy, four, who it is rumoured will be among the young attendants when Meghan and Harry marry on May 19 at Windsor.
The snaps are not the first pictures Jessica has shared of Meghan, once posting a photo of her teaching Ivy to tap dance with the caption “Ladies’ Night”.
Before her marriage in 2008, Jessica had a successful career as a stylist, only later becoming a wedding planner.
She first came to public attention when she styled Mrs Trudeau for her husband Justin’s inauguration in November 2015.
Since Meghan began dating Prince Harry in 2016 Jessica has become a global name.
It was in her house that the couple sought refuge when news of their relationship first broke.
Then last September she was in a box with Meghan, her mother Doria, and Markus Anderson, for the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games.
They were joined by Harry, inset, for the event’s final 20 minutes and he was seen planting a kiss on Meghan’s cheek.
