Government must stick to its word over leaving EU

Daily Express - - LETTERS -

LEO McKinstry’s column put across all the points the majority of Brexiteers believe in (“This is not what we voted for in the EU referendum”, June 14).

Why hasn’t the Government stuck to its word and got us out of the EU already, even without a deal if necessary?

Tell the EU what our terms are, no negotiations or deals, take it or leave it, we are off to be governed by our laws, our trade deals, our customs. Make Britain great again.

It goes to show how much a lot of the sitting MPs and members of the Lords refuse to follow the will of the people. David Lambert, Hull
