MANCHESTER UNITED have been told that Harry Maguire is not for sale at any price and have now switched their sights to Jerome Boateng and Toby Alderweireld.

United are ready to test the water with a £75million bid for Maguire but Leicester’s wealthy owners are adamant he is going nowhere and will not be bullied into selling.

United manager Jose Mourinho is desperate to get his hands on the 25-year-old England defender and has urged executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward to pull out all the stops to land his man.

But the Foxes are refusing to budge and are ready to double Maguire’s wages to about £100,000 a week to keep him at the club. The England defender says the 2-0 Community Shield win over Chelsea showed that City do not intend to rest on their laurels after their recordbreaking title success last term, when they became the first team to top 100 points as well as winning the League Cup.

But Walker, below, says Pep Guardiola’s squad not only intend to defend those two trophies but also strive to add the Champions League and FA Cup too.

“We set the bar last year,” said Walker. “What we achieved was incredible. We set it so high but we have to try to raise it.

“Everyone in that dressing room is not going to settle for anything less this year and we want to pick up more trophies.

“We’re in more competitions and we compete in them to win them. The bare minimum is to do what we achieved last season.

“I know the gaffer wants to win everything he possibly can and so do his players. We need to drive each other on. It’s up to us to achieve those dreams.

“You do something one year and OK, you might get a pat on the back, but we’ve got to do better. We achieved big things but we can’t
