Neo-Nazi couple who named baby Adolf face 10 years’ jail
A NEO-NAZI couple who named their baby after Hitler were facing up to 10 years in jail last night for being members of a terrorist organisation.
Claudia Patatas and Adam Thomas, who once posed with their son wearing Ku Klux Klan robes, were found guilty of belonging to outlawed white supremacist group National Action.
The pair stockpiled crossbows, machetes and axes at their home to prepare for National Action’s so-called White Jihad against black people, Jews and Muslims, Birmingham Crown Court heard.

Drawn together by their vile racist views, Patatas, 38, and Thomas, 22, met online in November 2016 and moved in together just months later, the court heard.
Their baby was born last year and given the middle name Adolf. Family album photos show Thomas cradling the infant while dressed in hooded white KKK robes, jurors were told.
Patatas, a Portuguese-born wedding photographer, has a black sun SS symbol tattooed on her back and once celebrated Hitler’s birthday by eating a cake decorated with his image.
She admitted: “I did struggle to slice his face. Adolf is life.”
Thomas, a security guard, was branded a vehement Nazi after calling for refugees to be gassed, black people to be slaughtered and the Chinese to be turned into biofuel.
In a stream of vile messages, he also said mixed-race children and homosexuals should face execution by stoning, beheading and hanging.
Thomas, twice turned down by the British Army on mental health grounds, admitted he was a racist who had started shaving his head from the age of five.
The pair joined National Action after it was formed in 2013. It was banned Thomas stockpiled weapons arsenal in 2016 after its members celebrated the murder of Labour MP Jo Cox by a far-Right terrorist.
The couple, from Banbury, Oxfordshire, and fellow neo-Nazi Daniel Bogunovic, 27, of Leicester, all denied belonging to National Action.
But encrypted messages proved they were still members after the group was outlawed and they were found guilty yesterday.
All three will be sentenced month. next
