Shirley’s right fit for reality TV hit
READER Jim Wooster (Letters, November 14) wants the BBC to replace Shirley Ballas, below, on Strictly Come Dancing simply because, he claims, she lacks charisma.
I for one hope the BBC ignore such fatuous criticism.
I used to think no one could replace Len Goodman.
But I was wrong. His successor is just that, a success.
Pleasant in attitude and more importantly, better qualified to be chief judge.
The only way she will be removed is by way of personal injury, suffered at the flailing arms of fellow judge Bruno Tonioli. Shirley, I give you 10. Norman Rendle,
