Proud Yorkshireman James Martin (left) has something of a personal dilemma on his hands tonight. He starts the second week of his new series by talking about the best food and drink that Lancashire has to offer. No easy task for a man from the White Rose county. His travels take him to the new Bowland Brewery in Clitheroe before Lisa Goodwin-Allen shows him round her Michelin-starred kitchen at Northcote in Langho.
