Statistics regularly published and updated show consistently that not just terrorists, but other murderers also, frequently reoffend shortly after release from prison.
Older statistics show that criminals who were hanged for murder never reoffended.
It is high time the Government considered the reintroduction of this effective penalty for murder and terrorism.
