A new book, Lady Lucille, claims that the French actress Catherine Deneuve and the singer Johnny Hallyday, above, kept their illicit union rumbling along for 50 years.
Hallyday was five times married, Deneuve once. If they truly adored each other, why didn’t they make it kosher?
