Nip’n’tuck not for me, says Nigel
NIGEL Havers says cosmetic surgery is not for him because his wife would laugh at him.
The actor, 68, said: “I’m at an age I can just do what I want to do.
“I don’t have to pretend to be anything other than what I am.
“I just eat carefully, don’t drink too much and be sensible.”
The former Corrie star, who married Georgiana Bronfman in 2007, said having a nip and tuck is “fine if other people want to do that”.
But he admitted: “My wife would laugh at me.”
The star, who hosts BBC One’s The Bidding Room which starts next Monday, also said he had to curb his passion for buying antiques, on his wife’s orders.
