Unfit, rookie cyclists are a law unto themselves

WOW! Someone else thinks the same as I do (“Motorists will be driven to the edge by new fines”, June 4).

The number of cycles on our roads has increased since lockdown as people have taken to riding bikes for exercise. No training required, just get on it and cause chaos.

They carry no insurance, no road fund licence, no certificate of fitness and most riders think the road is there just for them. I am sure lots of drivers feel as I do. Pay up or walk.
