Send homeless people to pick crops for our farmers

CAN anyone tell me why we aren’t sending some of the homeless to take the place of migrant workers who helped farmers harvest crops?

They would be provided with food and lodgings and also have the chance to earn money instead of begging for it outside shops.

Having worked in a housing department in a poor area, there are some real cases of homelessness but not all are genuine.The Lord helps those who help themselves.
