MINGS TO DODGE FINE

TYRONE MINGS will escape punishment despite a Premier League clampdown on breaches of coronavirus regulations.

The Aston Villa defender posted images of himself at the Black Lives Matter protest in Birmingham on Thursday breaking social distancing guidelines.

Project Restart proposals say the league can levy fines of up to £25,000 for breaking guidelines. But a spokesman said the rules applied to football situations.
