Giving Brexit a boost

THE UK’s top Brexit negotiator has a deadline. Faced with taking up his new post as National Security Adviser in August, David Frost has an urgent spring in his step – and he has warned Brussels that as talks restart, Michel Barnier and his allies can no longer sit on their hands.
