Boris’ axe reminds civil servants who’s in charge

IT’S been a long time coming but hopefully major reform in the Civil Service will have the mandarins working with the Government and not against it.

Anyone who thinks the top echelons of the Civil Service is neutral is plain bonkers.

The days of a non-political Civil Service are long gone so it must reflect the government of the day.
