COMMENT

The Government committed to review the system but a year on we are still waiting.

It is impossible not to think of the people who have struggled in this time, who have campaigned alongside us but won’t live to see the changes they fought for.

Those who are dying and have died with the extra stress that financial hardship brings.

Dave and Mark have defied the odds. They are both still alive and still holding our policymakers to account.

I hope they get to see the change that they have so passionately fought for.

I hope it is not lost on the Department for Work and Pensions that each day they delay the changes we are calling for, people are dying. It is hard to imagine a more urgent cause.
