I’ll see the BBC in court over non-payment charge

SURELY, the BBC having now broken their Charter agreement with the Government made in 2015, have no right to charge over-75s for a TV licence and no right to prosecute any over-75s for not purchasing one (“A kick in the teeth! BBC ends free TV licences”, July 10).

An interesting case if brought before the courts.Anyone care to join me in putting it to the test?
