RUPERT AND THE DRAGON FLY

The box contains a thing that’s black, “A fly!” gasps Rupert, falling back.

Rupert undoes the string. “This side of the box has hinges,” he says, pulling it still more gently. Next instant a large dark fly shoots out of the box. “I do wish you wouldn’t bring home horrid things like that!” cries Mrs. Bear. “Please, I didn’t know what was in the box!” says Rupert anxiously. “I’ve no idea what that creature is. It must belong to somebody. We mustn’t lose it.” And he starts to give chase.

Set free, away that insect goes, It must be captured, Rupert knows.
