FORGET THE biscuit barrel and choose these healthy snacks
Greek yogurt with berries and nuts. For kids, skip the nuts and add cinnamon and a little squeeze of honey instead.
Hot chocolate made from cocoa whisked into hot milk. Add a small squeeze of honey if you want.
Oatcakes topped with hummus or peanut butter and banana.
Hummus and carrots.
Boiled eggs. Pre-cook and keep them in the fridge.
Dark chocolate. Try grating it on to Greek yogurt for kids.
