Fans in revolt at Cowley axe

HUDDERSFIELD fans have turned on chairman Phil Hodgkinson following his shock decision to sack Danny Cowley.

Cowley and his assistant, brother Nicky, were axed yesterday despite keeping the Terriers in the Championship.

Fans called the decision a ‘joke’ and a ‘disgrace’.The club will fill the vacancy internally.
