French polish shines for Wigan after injury fears
BEVAN FRENCH shrugged off a late injury scare to score two scintillating tries and help sendWigan back to the top of Super League.
The Australian full-back, right, was a doubt for the game with knee and back issues.
But he recovered to twice show blistering speed and awareness to finish off clever kicks.

Briscoe but Lam’s side took control with a stunning try on half-time that was finished off by French. Wigan looked in command when more superb handling resulted in Zak Hardaker putting Dom Manfredi in at the corner. Leeds closed the gap to six points through Liam Sutcliffe but Luke Gale was sin-binned, and, moments later, Jake Bibby sealed victory.
