Mr Freeman wrote: “Love to my amazing wife Olga and son Dylan. You are my world.”

Mr Freeman is the son of leading photographer Robert Freeman, best known for his work with the Beatles. He died last November, aged 82.

Residents on the quiet street where Dylan died were still coming to terms with the tragedy.

Keith Grindrod, 73, who lives next door, said he was woken in the middle of the night by a scream.

He said: “It sounded like a little scream next door. It was a childish scream. It was just enough to wake me up.Then I woke up at about 6am and saw a police car outside.”

According to her Facebook page, the accused is from Moscow while her ex-husband divides his time between Barcelona, London and LA.

BELEAGUERED council chiefs on the front line of the Channel migrants’ crisis have said they can no longer take responsibility for unaccompanied children.

Kent County Council said its desperate appeals for support from other local authorities had fallen on deaf ears and it had now “reached the limit of safe capacity to care for new arrivals”.

It means from today it is unable to accept any new arrivals, at a time when record numbers are attempting to make it to the UK in small boats from France. Council leader Roger Gough said: “I’m deeply disappointed that, despite our many efforts to avoid this unthinkable situation, it has been necessary to make this announcement.

“This is a huge challenge for Kent but a relatively small challenge to solve nationally and should have been resolved before now.”

Since 2014, when large numbers of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children started to arrive in Dover, the county council has cared and found homes for more than 1,500.

It is currently responsible for 589 under 18-year-olds and 945 young adults, aged 18 to 25.

Sue Chandler, the councillor responsible for Integrated Children’s Services said: “If every other local authority in the UK were to immediately accept two or three child migrants our numbers would reduce to the council’s safe allocation (231).

“Kent is currently caring for almost triple this amount.”
