Politics should be kept away from beautiful game

I AGREE with Les Ferdinand with regards to taking the knee. Do we have to prove we aren’t racist now? And if we don’t take the knee does that make us racist?

Football is slowly shooting itself in the foot. Goal line technology is fine but do we have to suffer while trying to establish if a player’s big toe is offside, or if the ball touched a fingernail? But football most certainly shouldn’t be political.
