Leeds lure Llorente

LEEDS are closing in on the £ 18million capture of Real Sociedad’s Spain defender Diego Llorente.

Dinamo Zagreb’s Josko Gvardiol turned Leeds down but talks for Llorente are advanced.

Head coach Marcelo Bielsa feels Llorente is the kind of ball- playing centre- half he needs.

Bielsa wanted two defenders after Brighton refused to let Ben White return permanently and Llorente looks like joining Robin Koch, who moved to Leeds from Freiburg for £ 13m.
