Time is right for Fleabag’s Phoebe
FLEABAG creator Phoebe WallerBridge and singer Taylor Swift were among the famous faces on Time magazine’s “100 most influential people in the world” list.
Michaela Coel, the British writer behind the smash hit TV series I May Destroy You, also made the list, alongside Oscar- winning director Bong Joon Ho, musicians Halsey and The Weeknd, and actor Michael B Jordan.
Politicians recognised include US President Donald Trump, his rival for the White House Joe Biden, Chinese leader Xi Jinping and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen was also included.
But Prime Minister Boris Johnson was not featured on the list.
A record 54 women are featured.
