George ex sues family for £ 15,000 allowance
GEORGE Michael’s ex- boyfriend Kenny Goss is suing the star’s family for a £ 15,000 a month allowance, it was claimed yesterday.
Goss, 62, believes he should be provided for from the late singer’s estate because he gave up his career to care for him during their 13- year relationship, reports say.
He says he was reliant on George’s money and claims the singer was “not in his right mind” when he made his will.
George died on Christmas Day 2016 aged 53 and most of his £ 97.6million fortune went to his sisters Melanie and Yioda, with smaller amounts going to his father Kyriacos, close friends and former staff. His partner at the

time of his death, celebrity hair stylist Fadi Fawaz did not inherit. Goss was also left nothing, although George is understood to have paid him a generous monthly allowance before their split in 2009.
He is taking action against the singer’s only surviving sister Yioda, 58, and Kyriacos, 81, and wants at least £ 15,000 a month. Melanie died aged 59 last Christmas.
Goss, who set up a charitable foundation alongside George, is reportedly suing under the Inheritance ( Provisions for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 in papers marked Goss v Organ and others.
A source said: “Kenny says he was given an ‘ incredibly generous’ allowance which he came to rely on.
“He believes, as George’s most significant other half, he is entitled to that still and is contesting George wasn’t in his right mind when he made his last will.”
Lawyers for George Michael’s estate declined to comment.
