1. Have a flu jab. People entitled to a free vaccination include everyone over 65 and those with health conditions.
2. Keep moving, eat well, drink plenty of fluids.
3. Contact your GP about any health concerns – you won’t be a burden on the NHS.
4. Keep warm to stay well. Heat living room and bedroom.
5. Keep your spirits up with hobbies or set up regular calls with friends or family.
6. Talk about how you are feeling, including to your GP.
