RWHO are all these people working from home? Very few can be in a call centre or seem to be employed answering customer enquiries, services or complaints.
Pick a company, any company. There’s no point listing them here because one seems as bad as another and your tale of woe, whether it be changing an airline ticket, organising a repair or claiming insurance, will be similar to mine. I could go on. Guess what? All these companies still blame long call- waiting times on Covid- 19. All have had time to adapt. They have a duty to adapt.
It’s seven months since the virus landed, more than enough time to think of a Plan B. Our average wait is 20 minutes on a good day.
Most of us face more than an hour. When this is over revenge will be swift and sweet as many customers, myself included, press the disconnect button.
