ANDY MURRAY’S season could be over after the former world No1 pulled out of a second tournament in Germany because of a nagging pelvic problem.
The Scot revealed the injury – that has troubled him since the US Open – “flared up again” during his loss to Fernando Verdasco in his first indoor match of the season in Cologne last week.
Murray had been set to play another event at the venue this week but has withdrawn.
ALEX RINS became the eighth different winner of the year at Aragon yesterday.
The Suzuki Ecstar rider took the lead on lap eight and held off a late charge from Alex Marquez.
Team- mate Joan Mir finished third to take the championship lead.
Rins and Marquez fought through from 10th and 11th on the grid, Rins making up six places in the opening lap.
He said “It’s incredible. From the start I was so calm.”
